Wow. I am so excited and grateful that we're almost 50% funded after the first five days of the campaign. That is incredible, and I am do grateful that you've joined the madness with me. 

I just wanted to let you know that everybody who has backed by now qualifies for the early bird perks. I know a few people got in this morning, but since I wasn't awake yet, I decided to extend the deadline until I woke up, so congrats! You are in :)

Woohoo!! We're up over $5,500. That means in three days we've managed to raise more than the original Ichabod Kickstarter campaign raised in it's ENTIRE run on Kickstarter. 

I am pretty much FLOORED by the response to Ichabod so far. However, We're a LOOONG way off from our goal. 

Right now, I calculate that we're about 400 backers away. Since there are 203 backers so far, if everybody told two people about the book, we would easily fund this weekend. 

Plus, your friends would get some amazing free perks for backing my birthday, which happens to be tomorrow. 

We're less than $500 away from unlocking the next round of early bird perks, which you'll all get for free just for backing early, and being the amazing humans you are already. 

Thank you so so so so much for your faith in me. It means everything.

Honestly, I didn't know what would happen on the first day of this campaign. The first volume of Ichabod Jones has been out for so long I worried that it had reached it's cap of people who wanted to read it. 

I am soooo happy I was wrong. Right now, we are 30% funded, and that's incredible! We've unlocked the second series of early bird goals, too! 

That means all of you, just for backing early will get Carriers from Ben Ferrari, Zed #1 from Caleb Thusat and Katrina Kunstmann, The Empties #1 from Kristen Gorlitz, and an awesome Sally print from Zac Skellington. 

We're less than $1,300 away from the next set of early bird perks, and I think we have a good chance of getting them by my birthday on Saturday. 

Honestly, I'm hoping with our strong start I'll be able to unlock ANOTHER early bird perk for you. Thank you so much for joining me on this adventure. 

It's only because of you that Ichabod is continuing, and I'm so glad you have embraced him.
